Something for the fine fellows
Do you shop for a guy? Of course you do! Women in our age bracket control 85% of purchases in the US, but you didn’t need me to tell you that, you’re already out here buying lightbulbs and tortillas. That said, Father’s Day is around the corner, and because you’re always handling everyone else’s shopping needs, you could probably use a little inspo. I’ve rounded up some great summer outfits and gift ideas for all the different types of dads out there. Chances are, some combination of these dad archetypes lives in your house.
He’s cool: This dad knows his way around a sneaker drop and is impressed when you pronounce “Aimé Leon Dore” correctly.
*A note on that coffee maker - it’s an instant pour over machine that brews delicious pour over coffee but with the convenience of a one cup machine. My husband got me this for Mother’s Day and I highly suggest you pass this along to any coffee lover! I’m addicted.
He does it all: This dad works the BBQ and wears the baby carrier. Coaches the boys and girls basketball teams and remembers the snack day. What a star!
Truth be told, ‘does it all dad’ is a page right out of my own book. We own that wagon - it’s amazing! And everyone in my house has those slides - myself included.
He’s sporty: Never says no to a game of anything. Loves his hometown team even more than the team in the city you live in now.
He’s techy: Internet slow? Hang on he’ll reset the router.
