Wearing: Short sleeved blazers
A short sleeved blazer is a genius move for summer. It’s the structure and sophistication we need from a blazer, and none of the things we don’t. Like sleeves. I love it styled with something small on the bottom (proportions!) and it’s the perfect alt to a jean jacket or a snoozy cardigan at night.
On the Face: We’re here for instant impact
I’ve never had a 10 step evening beauty routine. Poker Face Have you watched Poker Face on Peacock?! I started watching because I loved Natasha Lyonne’s outfits and then I got so into it. Every episode wraps up nicely so you don’t feel like you need to keep watching it for 12 hours, although I could.
COS Ballet Jellies $159 Jellies are great if the footbed is absorbent - otherwise it’s just a slippery, swampy water shoe. These have a nice padded insole (so do these, btw, which I think is why they’re still so popular).
Me+Em Elastic Belt $145 This color combo is a nice little Gucci nod, and the pop you need to liven up your jean shorts.
Mango Mesh Tote $49 Reminds me of this Alaia bag I’ve been lusting after but my sensible side says no.
And lastly…
I got this rope belt for $12 and it’s now the defining feature of my entire summer wardrobe. Low effort, high impact!
