Welcome to 2025! This week my own phone reported a nasty truth. The ‘health’ app, like a step counting Santa who sees you when you’re sleeping and knows when you’re awake, reported that I had averaged fewer steps, and burned fewer calories this year than last. Excusez moi? Nothing like an undeniable truth backed by some cold, hard data to get you back in your sneakers. Let’s get into it!

Lululemon running belt - Fanny packs are out, we’re only carrying necessities.

Salomon xt-4 - STILL the sneaker that says “I am cool. I also exercise but it’s just effortless and I don’t make a big thing about it”

Udea hair vitamins - created by Leanne Citrone, LA hair icon and all around muse. The best in the game for reviving your locks and mitigating thinning or loss.
Mary-Ruths Megadose - We all know liposomal is the best way to get your vitamin C, but the magic only happens if you actually take it. This is the best tasting one I’ve tried.
Skinny Confidential Mouth Tape - I became a mouth taper this year and I love it. “Snatched jaw”? Hm probably not, but it’s a nice ritual and reminder to breathe through your nose at night.
Salt & Stone body mist - it’s not perfume, more like an ‘essence’ but it’s SO NICE.
Nodpod weighted eye blanket - Sleep is the holy grail and I’ll do/try anything to get more. The Strategist says this is the way.
