Babe, Stay Cool
It's actually free
I made a resolution this year to be more judicious with phrases like “cool mom” or “cool girl.” Partly because I see ‘cool’ being tossed around the internet in every imaginable context like “Cool girls eat fiber!” (absolutely true), but also because it’s not actually descriptive.

The women I know who are genuinely cool, and I mean that in the truest sense, share something specific: they know what’s going on. In culture, in the world, and they have opinions.
Between schedules and the mental load, it’s easy to feel like cool is something you used to be, but I don’t buy that. Once cool, always cool; it’s a muscle you need to exercise like everything else.
Here are 10 things I do consistently that keep me feeling plugged in, current, and like myself. Not a wellness list. A tapped in list.
